Australia Shipping
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or international courier services and are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and securely.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday, will generally be dispatched on the same business day.
Shipping Costs (Australia)
We offer shipping services throughout Australia based on the order value:

Orders under AUD $99 will be shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel and incur a flat shipping fee of AUD $10.

Orders of AUD $99 or more qualify for FREE Australia Post Standard Parcel shipping.

Orders of AUD $199 or more qualify for FREE Australia Post Express Post shipping.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to China, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
International Shipping Costs
International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and parcel requirements. Applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

China: A flat shipping fee of AUD $20 applies per order.

Malaysia & Taiwan:

Orders under AUD $210 incur a shipping fee of AUD $15 per order.

Orders of AUD $210 or more incur a shipping fee of AUD $30 per order.

International Orders
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order to determine whether additional charges may apply.
International orders are shipped via international courier services. Estimated delivery times are generally 15–20 business days, however actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services. Some orders may arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are pleased to offer exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to applicable laws.
To qualify for an exchange, products must be returned in their original, unused condition. Any Gift With Purchase received as part of the order must also be returned with the product.
Please note that this Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to orders delivered within Australia only. International orders are not eligible under this policy unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Change of Mind Returns
For products purchased directly through our website, we offer exchanges for change-of-mind requests, subject to the conditions outlined below and to the extent permitted by law.
To be eligible for an exchange, your request must be submitted and the returned products must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

All original packaging must be intact and in resalable condition.

Any Gift With Purchase included with the order must also be returned.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process change-of-mind exchange requests received more than 30 days after delivery.
The above conditions do not apply in the following circumstances:

The product has caused an adverse skin reaction or allergy;

The product was damaged during transit;

An incorrect item was supplied;

The product is faulty, defective, or not of acceptable quality.
We only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our official website. If you purchased your product through a third-party retailer, marketplace, clinic, distributor, or authorised stockist, please contact the original place of purchase regarding their return policy.
Please note that we do not provide cash refunds.

Step 4: Package Your Return
To help reduce packaging waste, you are welcome to reuse the original shipping box when returning your products.
If the original packaging is no longer available, please use a suitable box that provides adequate protection during transit.
Step 5: Send Your Return Parcel
Please lodge your return parcel through your preferred postal or courier service.
Please ensure that your parcel is sent within 30 days of receiving return approval. Returns dispatched outside this timeframe may no longer be eligible for an exchange.
